Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every YOUniverse device comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Device must be in working condition with no physical damage
  • Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the device arrived defective

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@infinixism.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a return address within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the device securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund is processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive the returned device
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Defective or Damaged Devices

If your device arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the device or issue a full refund — your choice.

Devices that fail within the 1-year hardware warranty period (separate from the 30-day return window) are repaired or replaced under our warranty terms.

Subscription Cancellation

Optional subscription services (Remote Access, Vault Backup) can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the period ends
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months
  • No cancellation fees

Peripheral Add-ons

Peripheral hardware (monitors, keyboards, webcams, USB hubs, external storage) is covered by the same 30-day return policy as YOUniverse devices. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Devices returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Devices with physical damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid, modifications)
  • Subscription fees for periods already used
